A clearer way to share an idea

Illustrative proposal — not an approved organizational policy.

A presentation should be something people can explore, not another attachment they have to find.

Start with the story

Explain the problem, show a possible future, and make the next decision visible. Use a short written proposal when that is enough, or an interactive presentation when the idea needs room to move.

One link, the current thinking

A stable route gives stakeholders a place to return to. Updates go through review rather than silently circulating as competing copies. Version-specific links are planned; this local prototype does not implement them yet.

A repeatable contribution

  1. Copy a content template into a new folder.
  2. Add a title, description, owner, and tags.
  3. Replace the example content with your idea.
  4. Open a pull request for review and a protected preview.

This page is discovered from its folder. It required no route registration or application-code changes. Pull-request preview provisioning is still a planned feature, not an available service.

What would make the pilot successful?

A colleague can add the next idea using the guide and GitHub alone. A reviewer can understand the change. A stakeholder can open the approved link after signing in with MSI.
